By purchasing from Aura Digital Marketing, you agree to the following terms:

Services  
We provide done-for-you content creation services, including custom posts, captions, and a posting schedule.

Client Content Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing original, accurate, and authorised content, including images, logos, and brand materials.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content, or
• You have permission to use it for business purposes

Aura Digital Marketing will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement, misuse, or legal issues arising from content provided by the client.

Delivery  
Content will be delivered via email within 3–5 business days after all required information and payment have been received.

Revisions  
Minor revisions may be offered at our discretion. Full redesigns are not included unless agreed upon.

Use of Content  
All content created is intended for the client’s business use. Aura Digital Marketing retains the right to showcase work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability  
We are not responsible for business outcomes, platform algorithm changes, or performance results.

Changes to Terms  
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
